La carga del liderazgo, las decisiones dif\u00edciles, las cr\u00edticas, la presi\u00f3n constante y la necesidad de parecer fuerte para todos, puede hacer que el pastor se sienta aislado, incomprendido o abandonado, y al mismo tiempo gritando en silencio por conexiones profundas. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salmo 142:4<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El ap\u00f3stol Pablo conoci\u00f3 esa realidad. En su momento m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico, cuando necesitaba apoyo, dijo: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v16\u201cTodos me desampararon.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> No lo dijo con amargura, sino con transparencia y sin embargo, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 con profunda seguridad: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V17\u201cPero el Se\u00f1or estuvo a mi lado.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Esa es la esperanza del pastor en medio de su soledad: Dios no lo abandona, aunque esta expresi\u00f3n no niega la necesidad que tenemos de otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soledad no siempre es se\u00f1al de fracaso. A veces es el lugar donde Dios nos habla m\u00e1s claramente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El\u00edas en una cueva escuch\u00f3 el silbo apacible. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Reyes 19:12<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pablo en la C\u00e1rcel escribi\u00f3 algunas de sus cartas. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efesios, Filipenses, Colosenses, Filem\u00f3n y p<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">osiblemente <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 Timoteo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jes\u00fas en Getseman\u00ed or\u00f3 con mayor intensidad. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucas 22:39-46<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pastor, si hoy te sientes solo, incomprendido o agotado en tu caminar, recuerda que no est\u00e1s abandonado. Dios est\u00e1 contigo. \u00c9l te ve, te escucha, y te fortalece, pero en segundo lugar se hace necesario conectar con otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soledad puede ser dolorosa, pero tambi\u00e9n puede ser necesaria si en ella te encuentras con Dios. Por otro lado, hay pastores que caminan solos al no ser intencionales en buscar conectarse con otros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existe un gran valor al encontrar apoyo o amistad con otros siervos de Dios. Es muy valioso contar con alg\u00fan mentor, amigo o grupo, con quien puedas abrir tu coraz\u00f3n, compartir tus luchas, dudas, retos, dificultades o victorias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muchos pastores<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">han dicho sentirse solos con frecuencia, ya sea dentro de su congregaci\u00f3n o en relaci\u00f3n con otros pastores. Aunque algunos tienen amistades significativas, algunas no son conexiones profundas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sabemos que no es f\u00e1cil encontrar amigos o personas confiables y es a\u00fan m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil cuando no se buscan el tiempo para tener amigos.
